Meet the Founder
I am an African American Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in the field of mental health. As someone who balances the roles of career woman, wife, and mother, I share the lived experiences of many of my clients. With a strong Christian foundation, I believe in my calling to uplift and support individuals through seasons of transition.
With Solution Focused Therapy, my practice focuses on helping those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues, as well as those struggling to balance multiple responsibilities. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to help my clients achieve their mental health, personal, and professional goals. It is my goal to destigmatize negative thoughts related to mental health and counseling by creating therapeutic safe spaces.
Remember, seeking help does not mean you are "crazy" or weak. It simply means you are open to learning new tools and strategies to navigate through life.

"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive, and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." -Maya Angelou.
Let’s work together to cultivate a new you!
